Adele Hawkes is a positive psychology coach and consultant, who empowers people to capitalise on their strengths, build emotional intelligence and fulfil their potential, personally and professionally. With the insight gained from a 20-year career in corporate communications, workplace wellbeing is one of her areas of expertise and she specialises in tackling imposter syndrome. She draws on behavioural psychology research, neuroscience and evidence-based interventions to facilitate a wide range of programmes based on how to flourish – from large-scale, all-employee corporate workshops and talks to specialist leadership training to bespoke one-to-one coaching.
Graduating from UEL’s MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology with Distinction, Adele is also passionate about addressing young people’s self-confidence and resilience. Her commitment to raising awareness of how those of all ages can learn happiness habits that build psychological capital, help them cope with life’s ups and downs, and keep them mentally healthy in the long and short term means that she’s a frequent guest on radio, podcasts and at conferences.
