Nina has over 25 years experience of developing others to achieve goals, be successful and gain confidence. She has extensive experience in sales, service and leadership development, primarily within the Retail Banking sector but including other private and public sector organisations, and is able to bring enthusiasm, passion, energy and inspiration to any project whilst motivating individuals to be the best they can be. Her numerous roles and contracts have proven that she is an organised and effective person and is confident in building productive stakeholder and customer relationships.

Nina is as comfortable facilitating and training groups as she is designing the interventions. She is experienced in designing for face to face, virtual and e-learning courses and uses a range of tools including Articulate Storyline, RISE, Camtasia, Vyond, Word and Powerpoint.

Nina has over 20 years experience as a coach and is accredited to use EQ Leadership, EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360 psychometric tools for enhancing emotional intelligence development. She is also accredited to use DiSC tools and NLP techniques to support her coaching and consistently strives to enhance her own skills through further personal development.

Using a combination of coaching and training, Nina has successfully helped many companies uplift their performance in sales and service and helped leaders become more assertive and influential so they can give effective feedback and tackle conflict.

Since joining MatchFit as a consultant, Nina has been able to utilise her skills to support the design of some of their interventions and provide coaching and workshops to a range of organisations such as the Ministry of Justice, the National Probation Service and Dawleys.
