Rachel Quillen
Rachel is an experienced project manager and strategic planner in the fields of governance, the rule of law, human rights, leadership and organisational development, working for a range of international organisations and companies including the OSCE, Transparency International and the Qatar Foundation.
She has worked in post-conflict settings as a political advisor and field researcher, and as an international election observer throughout the former Soviet Union and Balkans.
Her roles have included interviewing numerous interlocutors in diverse settings on a range of subjects, assimilating information and report-writing both for publication and for internal analysis and policy-making.
She previously worked as a journalist for Bloomberg News and is currently a free-lance writer and editor for think tanks, publishing houses, academic journals and film-makers. She speaks English, French and Russian and has an MSc in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics.
