CLIMB Interventions
Skills modules to support organisational goals
The CLIMB Interventions
Sustainable high-performance is a key objective for our clients. As part of our bespoke CLIMB programmes, a 360 Analysis is performed to identify areas that if given focus and intervention, will support in achieving this goal.
Local and organisational insights or examples are shared to connect individuals with the purpose of the interventions. We champion people-centred principles to explore personal motivation for participation and use this to support the personal growth of individuals.
Each CLIMB is designed to help these individuals develop the skills and strategies that will enable them to progress in the ways that they feel are most important and useful for them.

Leading Others
Leading Others CLIMB Interventions provide new, existing and aspiring managers with the necessary skills and knowledge to better be able to lead and manage teams.
This includes:
- Motivating and inspiring teams
- Understanding what great leadership and management look like
- Understanding team dynamics
- Troubleshooting and handling difficult situations
- Bringing out the best in individuals
A focus of the interventions is being able to work practically with the principles and methodologies learned so that these can be comfortably transferred into the workplace
Leading Self
Leading Self CLIMB Interventions provide participants with skills and techniques for a journey of self-discovery and self-knowing. The interventions focus on aspects of self-awareness and identifying motive drivers, as well as behavioural and communication styles.
This focus will enable participants to reframe some of their assumptions and embrace internal qualities that will allow them to influence others and transform their work and personal environments in a beneficial and sustainable way.
Technical Competencies
Technical Competency CLIMB Interventions provide participants with skills and techniques on how they can support a range of HR technical skills. Each intervention considers the emotional and behavioural traits which might be associated with each of the situations.
This focus will enable participants to reframe some of their assumptions and embrace qualities that will enable them to influence others and transform their work and personal environments in a beneficial and sustainable way.
