Catherine Nash
Catherine is an experienced assessor and project manager. Her focus is on enabling others to implement best practice and encourage positive changes in culture. Her work includes data analysis of interventions and outcomes, alongside monitoring governance and supporting leaders.
Much of her work is online so she is experienced in having individual and team meetings and delivering training activities via Zoom or MS Teams, as well as engaging face to face.
Catherine is also a qualified teaching in Adult Learning and a former member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, having qualified as an HR practitioner in 2000. Previously, she worked as an HR & Training Manager and Business Manager within government. She conducts 360 Analysis with Unilever, Proctor & Gamble, Laura Ashley and Sainsburys.
Whilst working with MatchFit, Catherine has worked with clients from His Majesty’s Prison Service and the National Probation Service and enjoys having an insight into different organisations and their cultures.
